"We were very fortunate to have been referred to Elena Baba almost 6 years ago at a time of crisis. Our elderly parents had declined quickly and we were in need of a plan to get them the care they needed. We continue to work with her in the care of our mother who has flourished despite her continued declining condition. That is largely because of the care that Elena has been able to put in place.

Elena can be objective when it's difficult for us as family members, and family members simply aren't trained to do what she does. She is experienced and medically knowledgeable due to her nurses training, has identified excellent doctors for each need, attends each visit with my Mom and communicates across the medical spectrum so that each doctor is aware of her medications and other treatments. She visits my Mom once or twice a week and communicates back to the family, which is incredibly important for those of us who live out of town. She is also knowledgeable about the business of healthcare making us aware of legislation and any other issues that affect our situation.

From a day to day perspective, Elena vetted and put together a team of excellent private caregivers before and after it was time for 24 hour care. They are caring, trained and she is in constant contact with them to deal with any issues that come up with my Mom or them.

Perhaps most important, my Mom likes and trusts Elena, as do we. She is caring, sensitive to family issues, there when we need her and even when we don't know we need her. I would highly recommend Elena to anyone who needs help in planning and implementing care for an aging loved one. She is a true professional and I honestly don't know what we would do without her."
