A certified geriatric care manager, a certified case manager and a certified disability management specialist, she has worked in hospital cardiac units, intensive care, pre- and post-operative recovery units, as well in rehabilitation care for head- and spinal cord-injury patients. Her extensive experience with the medical system enables her to communicate easily with doctors and family members alike, and to anticipate potential problems before they arise. Elena Baba also has experience working closely with court-appointed guardians and trustees.
